the Wanderer Faction is currently in the process of developing into a semi military faction and is working on making an experimental weapon. here is our prototype HDLA (High Density Laser Array)

Since lucy has more money, and also is not asking for a refund... wait... order of dominance? Sounds a little fishy, and they aren’t the ones under attack... Chain decides to send it to the protectors of innocence, as they protect the Zzakazz, a long standing Scavanger Allie, and also on the grounds that they are simply more trust worthy.

Also, the order of dominance refuses to pay up front, whereas the Protectors send the credits as soon as you agree to send the doomsday device.

We like to think of WMDs as a way of maintaining peace, and how our buyers use the weapons is their choice. Any Innocent blood spilled is on their hands and theirs alone.
