RandomCommander x00 has never had the need nor desire to set up a full military, and despite what his faction's page shows, most of his 'people' (or drones, or AIs, intelligences maybe... beings?) are unarmed, and take part in collecting resources and playing games. However, thanks to their nomadic lifestyle, high intelligence and love of innovation, they can invest in research on anything you wish.
In other words, I can make a private mod with whatever ya' want.
