McDingleBottom The problem doesn't seem to be about installing. File corruption happens either 1. during transfer through the internet or 2. when saving on your HDD.
1. You have no choice but to try to download again. Since I'm working on an updated version just wait for me to be done.
2. Your HDD might be damaged. It's unlikely a virus corrupts the file but not impossible. In this case you will have to run a scan of your hard drive: https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-scan-a-hard-drive-using-error-checking-2624497

If you want to create a mod you should join the cosmoteer discord channel (see pinned posts).
Sorry, I don't have the time these days to take in an apprentice so I recommend just looking at existing mods and their parts.

Namek She seems to have left since Jam nuked his developer channel. But she's alive somewhere. Basics aside mostly everything about energy, storages, etc. deep calculative stuff beyond the ordinary.

As per popular request I'm keeping Abh v0.5.0 updated for Cosmoteer 0.13.9 those who can't use Cosmoteer 0.14.0. Please report problems here.

As for Abh v0.5.2 it will take a while longer before it's fully compatible with Cosmoteer 0.14.0. Due to changes to storage management a lot isn't functioning properly. Animation & timing discrepancy and a few other functions are off, too. The upgrader is a great help but it only covers at best 10-20% of the changes required. Work is going slow and is partially hampered by 0.14.0 bugs. Aside from me not quite up to speed yet that is. It's troublesome to test and to fix things when I can't be certain where the problem is. For the time being consider 0.5.2 a WIP.

For those who have downloaded an early version already.
In the chaos of things and other circumstances I may have accidentally included a dozen or two new parts originally meant for Abh 0.5.1 and Cosmoteer 0.13.1+. Abh 0.5.0 was released for 0.12.12 back then. They did work with limited success as far as was possible back then. But do not use them. Something unforeseeable might crash the game. At this point I'm not certain if they will make the cut with the features available but I'll be upgrading them.
