The TA has finished making a specialized research & observation centre with the best equipment the TA has to offer. They called it "The observer" and from there the team of linguists, mathematicians, mythologists, and a variety of other scientists could make observations and readings on the "eye". Also, the docked bridge was still in use and one of the scientists tried to touch the "eye" vessel.
the crews of the whole surrounding fleet started hearing a heartbeat in their head, slow and steady, subtle but not to be overheard, then a melancholic melody started, hummed by a deep mans´ voice and a soft womans´ voice...
Also everybody was trying to figure out where this came from and wheter it had contained information.
Some people even tried to figure out which species could create sounds like these.
the eye seemingly carries it´s own bubble of reality with it within the ship, either to keep something inside, or something else out they are uncertain, but they also noted that there´s a constant energy signature going from the eye into that dimension, they suggest it is the data the eye gathered that is sent of to the race of it´s origin
Some experts in transmissions tried to figure out where the data was going.
The highest ranking officer of the TA, Piraat, now personally travelled to the place where the "eye" was, and stepped on the bridge. As he saw that the scientists that were trying to touch the "eye", he stopped them, and said he heard from some other factions that there would be a huge connection between the minds of you and whatever was controlling the "eye". He said he would do it and the scientists attached a whole lot of measurement devices to Piraat, to measure what would happen. Piraat then touched the "eye"...
