you are welcome. as someone with experience in this type of project I can say that sometimes it can feel logical to abandon it but, if you do it will never be completed. The idea is to stick to it and follow it where ever it takes you even if it seems stressful.
Yeah. My main goal is to go with a more Calvin & Hobbes motif, but with more modern effects and techniques to make it more appealing to this generation.

OK great! You can see your ship in the drawings I made. Look at the colored ones, as those contain the ones that will probably make it into the final comic, along with a ton of effects, lighting, shadows, etc. on top of them.
