We don't want a war with you but we will not bend to any faction who chooses to conquer us. We would prefer to be at peace with others, but not when that peace comes at the price of freedom. If those are your conditions, then a bloodless resolution is impossible. We cannot stop you from declaring war, but know that we will fight back tenaciously. We may not be the biggest, baddest faction around, but we intend to endure.
