First off. I didn't get it under 1mil it ended up 1052000 but this is cuz I found lack of crew and energy.
Improvements:
You don't need that much cores at the railguns. They only need to power the ammo factory.
You had put an ammo factory higher up. Probably because you thought the railgun accelerators need it? So I removed it.
More crew!
Better placed reactors! For example the one to deliver to the upper shields. I put that Higher up so the crew don't need to go further to fetch energy.
Pds! You had none pds so I placed some down.
And much more...
And as I said the ship couldn't be under 1mil... If you want me to make it under just say that to me and I'll try my best to do that. because what I see is that this ship couldn't be under a million and be good at the same time.
