A ship of an unknown faction appears right infront of the building site of the new Crescent Wrath, literally out of nowhere, it looks like an eye and even though it´s just a ship the overseer feels like a whole civilization stares down upon him, it seems to have no obvious weaponry active and just floats there out in the open waiting for a kind of reaction...

Commander: No, we dont know what it wants but we cant solve everything attempting to blow it up.

Commander: That's fine just shake off the eerie feeling, just don't start talking to it yet, peple will think your'e insane

The Eye
This craft appeared out of nowhere in front of the Crescent Wrath's construction site, upon arriving it made you experience an eerie feeling that you are being watched, it does not move at any speed, but in a blink of an eye it moved closer, it just sat their as if it was asking for a cup of tea when no one even knows what tea is and it expected a yes.

This is chain... from the scavangers... nevermind, you know who I am and this... this thing... it’s everywhere! All factions have got this eye! It’s appearing out pf thin air and just... staring! You need to do something, and quick! We have no idea what it is or what it’s up to, but it’s there! Your not alone!

scanning officer: Sir I just don't get it, I feel like i'm being pulled into a void with only emotion that fills it, and the emotion is amusing
Commander: this is strange indeed, but it is my duty to see this through to the end, and to be honest if it wanted to kill us I think it would have already. Update documentation and keep updating until this strange encounter ends

...the ship disappeares and reappears within a few moments at different points of the building site, seemingly watching the process and the site then it appears again right where it stood before...
Commander: An analysis, is it interested in how the ships are built, or is it interested in the parts of the ship itself

...the ship seemingly watches the document developing, it apprently warped around to provoke a reaction, it seems satisfied by the fact that the Crescent Star is still trying to analyse... it blinks back to the point it stood at the beginning of the meeting...

Again the ship shows its impressive agility moving faster than our eyes can perceive
The ship is very interested in us, and how we react, the whole point of moving was to provoke a reaction.
The craft also conveys language through influencing your emotions (Brain scan shows no outside influence or tampering)
HYPOTHESIS: it may be advanced but not know our language physically (We believe to think it can understand our words, voices and writing) Not every life form is capable of the English language that the majority of our fleet uses, or we cant handle theirs, this may be their races way of conveying transmissions.
HYPOTHESIS (denied) This ship may be related to the blood cult, however the blood cult does not expand beyond the dimension (as we know) and our participation in the recent war was little.
HYPOTHESIS: A time drive may slow down time for them meaning they could go in and out of the current timeline and re-appear back in it wherever it wants.
SMALL DETAILS: the ship moved back, to where it was originally instead of going to the point where it was before

...it´s the second day the eye was in orbit now, it stood there seemingly dormant since what happened the day before then suddenly, the Crescent Star Crew started hearing a heartbeat, directly coming from their heads, slow but staedy, all of them, subtle but not to be overheard...

Commander: That's what are scanners are picking up?
Scanning officer: Yes sir
Commander: hmmmm, we are aware of the cult of living ships, but it seems....there is no living organism aboard the craft to command it that we can detect
Scanning Officer: Scanning for a mass of material or any material used by the blood cult.... results: unknown
Commander:. Maybe different form of the cult, or maybe there is a being aboard that vessel

...as the commander and the officer argue about the origion of the craft another sound starts in their heads, it´s a humming, the deep voice of a man and a soft womans voice, the song seems to be full of melancholy...

Weapons officer: no... it cant be, I.. I remember this tune, I just cant think of the name, I think... my mom and dad used it as a lullaby when I was a child. Their dead now..... Hearing it makes me want to scream....

This is really entertaining. All of this could fit into some elaborate science-fiction universe.
