Jesus3747 @TheUnleashedPiraat Perhaps consider investing in “FTL Highways”. These are basically warp beacons which help refine FTL warps to create more efficient and faster FTL warps, so long as they pass through the beacons. The Old Scavangers had this technology before Cosmolord.

Greetings Admiral,
The convoy may remain in TA territory,
(Just FYI the TAM has no territory, it's just the battle forces of the TA)
and we have opened our borders and trade routes as well.
As for the warp gate, we think it's a great idea and will decrease travel time dramatically, but it has to be placed at least 10.000km further from the sun than Mars' orbit.
This is because if the Warp Gate was captured by a third party, we'd like it to be at least outside our innermost protected areas (Earth and Mars).

EDIT: My Research & Development team have found some unfinished documents for FTL Highways, we will develop a technology to connect areas through FTL Highways. I expect the technology to be developed in less than a week!

jbox1 Technically they are the same as what my faction has (A large giant hoop, which takes a long time to load [It uses a lot of energy, and that's why they are established in a star, since it is unlimited energy], but it manages to maintain an open portal [specifically a wormhole], which my faction uses to travel quickly)

Research outcome:

After studying some fundamental physics, researchers from the TA have concluded that roof-mounted weaponry, which was made available by the technology called Star Wars a Cosmos Divided, needs at least a semi-stationary foundation to work. Any rough movements along the x, y or z axis will make these turrets jam stuck. This means that only ships designated as a station, or any other stationary vehicle, can use the SWCD roof-mounted weaponry.
SUMMARY: From now on, only Stations* can have roof-mounted weaponry.
NON-RP (real) REASON: After doing some tests I found that these turrets are pretty OP.

*Stations or any other stationary vehicles. This means: Any ship that is not intended to move away from it's location of use, or fight in a battle (or at least at the front line)(Yes, I am looking at you, Ares' Spear), but still has some weaponry to defend itself in case it gets attacked anyway.
