I like the general setup, love the design, and have been desiring a mod with these small missile launchers for a long time, though I have two minor complaints/suggestions:
The missiles are a little too weak for their range increments; though the long-range missiles have alright range, they barely do anything to enemy ships, making their use for 'softening up' enemies a little unneeded as they simply don't do enough in the time it takes to reach the enemy. I would suggest a small boost (10% or 12% at most) to the missile damage.
Secondly, the missile factories produce new missiles absurdly slowly. Each missile pack (in spite of being smaller than standard missile parts) takes 8 seconds to produce one set of three understrength missiles - far too slow to actually be useful for anything except alpha-strike designs, and they simply don't deal enough damage to be worth that. Speeding the creation of new missiles to around 1 every second would make sense, as this would prevent the launchers from just cycling 12 missile bursts forever, but still allow a continuous stream of 1-2 launches every second, which would work better with their low damage, letting them function like missile machine guns or similar.
