Damian12612 HC have already destroyed all ships of Vanguard, now was time to withdraw
"All ships disengage and go to hyperspace" Jagodowski ordered.
"Aye, aye, sir"
"Sir, have been hitted by some big chunk accelareted to km/s, shield is on 20 percents"
"Ignore that and disengage, send broadcast to big black ship.
"Aye, sir"
"Don't shoot." Jagodowski after this two words have close channel.
"How many time to withdraw?"
"2 minutes, sir"
(Vanguards are now in my control.)
With the Vanguard fleet heavily damaged or destroyed, the surviving crew launch their escape craft to get off their burning ships. As this happens, the reinforcements arrive.
Three Foxhound-Class Strike Cruisers, Six Fenris-Class Heavy Destroyers, and several Gladstone-Class Heavy Corvettes to deal with missiles, and enemy fighter craft. The sizes of these ships are 1,250m, 500m and 250m.
The ships exit Slipspace in formation behind the destroyed station and Vanguards. Targeting the Terran fleet, they launch missile silos, and fire their MAC guns. Eighteen large tungsten slugs fly at lighting speed through the blackness of space aimed towards the front ends of the enemy ships, while missiles target many parts of each vessel, with thousands of missiles being launched in the first salvo. The Foxhound coordinate their heavy missile fire by launching howler missiles and fusion rockets at the enemy hoping to mop up after the MAC rounds deliver a devastating blow.
They also arm their Vimy Tactical Nuclear Missiles.
The corvettes use their point defences to take out as many of the enemy fighters as they can. Large swathes of fire can be seen coming from the turrets mounted on their hulls as the turrets automatically switch to targets with quick haste.
The deep space fighters previously launched from the defence station come closer to the battlefield as well, they engage whatever stragglers the corvettes could not get. The large fighters trail behind the Terran fighters, firing their ventral 120mm auto cannons, and ASGM-11 missiles.
The Resolute, moves away from an attacking position, ignoring the enemy response saying “don’t shoot”to go recover any escape pods from the Vanguards while the Sinclair Defence Fleet engage. Coming about, the destroyer plows through the debris field finding only two escape pods. One containing Admiral Ceyanne and a few engineers, while the next pod has a missile crew, and a chef. The empty pods sit in the destroyers underbelly hangar bay while the passengers from them are treated for wounds. Admiral Ceyanne is then ordered to the bridge where Captain Wallace can debrief her.
