A Plasma Distributor creates batteries from nothing when connected to regular Power Storage (with at least 1 battery in it).

This is not bug but now it is. LOL
By design the distributor auto-grabs power from all tiles adjacent to it including diagonals.
The power you see the crew getting out is actually grabbed from the solar cell generator with a value of 2/1000.
So I used this opportunity to update the code with the latest game feature wit multiammo to address the old feature's weakness of not supporting accounting checks.
But this change seems to have revealed a new game bug about accounting making power from the storage disappear completely.
Anyhow, I've uploaded the new changes and wait for Walt to look at the new bug.

Krzeszny Pretty certain. There are two ways of veryfication:
- game play and observation: a part usually has to consume 50% of a battery before a request if made. Usually you can see the part missing a battery. Also the frequency depends on the consumption rate. Since the rate is obviously low and no battery change visible while constantly being supplied can only mean the battery-amount is a very little. Either that or consumption is extreme. You can counter check by having a normal setup on the side (separated ship compartment ofc).
- You can use the new part debugger feature to see the values in developer mode.
So it's not a bug.
I've updated & uploaded NB2 with the new feature code but that's bugged now for Walt to look at. So if you download it (has some other adjustments) just take the old plasma_distributor.txt and overwrite the new txt file.
