Dumb
Hal seemed to brooding.
"I see. I don't know, something seems off about this place, very much so."
He shoock his head, opting to stare off into the distance as they waited. 'In a moment' seemed to be quite a while as about twenty minutes later, the gate finally opened again and the man stepped out. This time, he bowed formally.
"Greetings again and apologies for the waiting, there was... much to discuss. You may enter now, follow me to the elders, they wish to talk to you."
The gate opened further and without hesitation, the man turned around and walked off into a... rather odd looking village, most of the houses had only one or two floors and were relatively small, most of them built of some sort of rock, of a greyish colour, most of them had roofs with what seemed to be the bark of the odd trees from outside, although others also had some sort of... webbing instead.
As they still looked at the buildings theri former 'guards' walked past them into the village, it seems they had done their job were now off to their own devices.
A couple of minutes later, they came to a larger building, almost akin to a temple, the architecture was odd, as in, it didn't seem to fit together with the rest of the village and although that would indicate it should look older, it actually looked newer, the materials of the building looking less worn down and more precisely cut than many of the other buildings. The doors opened for them as they approached and inside, seven elderly beings of the same race as the other people, here sat each in a small tent on their own, made of the same webbing as on the roofs, in a semi circle towards the entrance.
The man bowed and gestured them to do the same, although the one hwo seemed to be the leader of the seven stopped them with a wave of their hand.
Their guide, nodded and then turned back towards them.
"You may speak now, they wish to hear what you had to say for themselves."
The elderly beings nodded, though they did not answer.
In the meanwhile, Galar had almost made it towards the treeline which had formerly been in teh distance, it was... further away than he expected, about 5 minutes minutes until he'd reach it, though he could already make out more than before.
The trees had boney looking structure with smooth black bark or wood which looked rather robust, there were no fruit hanging from these trees but the leaves looked oddly thick.
