As the golden dawn rushes over Taros, work begins immediately, the shipyards undergoing repairs around the gas giants of the system, the moons being harvested for materials. The First order of business is the creation of the new Harbinger-Class, a massive multirole ship reaching 10 kilometers in length, functioning as a carrier, factory ship, fleet tender, flagship, and many other roles. Two of these ships are made, the IDS Harbinger and his sister ship the IDS Voyager. Alongside this plans of new ship classes begin to be designed. Orbital Installations begin construction, and vast anti-orbital railgun networks are built on the surface of Taros and other planets or moons in the system.
Listening posts are set up in the system's Oort cloud, as well as interdiction set up, allowing entrance and exit only through designated lanes of travel in the system. Each of these lanes are protected by weapons platforms and ships.
Cloning efforts begin to replace the lost citizens of taros who lived on the planet before its demise, slowly repopulating the planet and preparing crew for military service.
A Law is passed outlawing non-labour slavery illegal, and a law passes stating that after the completion of the shipyard rings labour slavery will also be outlawed.
On neu-papua-neu-guinea, more colonization efforts begin, cultivating the land for farming and other agricultural industries, harvesting small areas of the planet's overgrown forests and jungles for materials such as wood and resin, as well as food and medicines.
After a few days of intense construction, the Two Harbinger Class Vessels are complete, with the IDS Voyager Receiving a mission and jumping to hyperspace. Alongside these vessels, a single Qadesh-Beta Class Dreadnought of Imperial Design downscaled to fit the current material budget, reaching from tip to tail 12 Kilometres.
In production is a new series of fighters, named Generation Alpha. New Weapons go into service, including but not limited to new sidearms, LMG's, and even Anti-materiel rail rifles.
IDS Shard of Hope; Qadesh-Beta Class Dreadnought
Imperator Ezekiel Stands beside Imperator Meralth aboard the bridge of the Shard of Hope, speaking into a holo-projector that sends it's signal far and wide, on every ship, every station, and every city on Taros and NP-NG. The message also reaches GSR Comms. His words ring loud across the heavens, striking the hearts of the people with his short, but powerful speech.
Imperator Ezekiel:
"A new age for our peoples. We stand side to side in this new future, for the Old blood, and for the Infinite Dominion. May our fallen empire rise again in spite of those who hold us back. Hold proud, peoples of the Dominion, for our time, is now. New life has been given to the decimated world of Taros by our will, and we will protect it from those who would wish to see it destroyed again! The Infinite Dominion will protect its people-"
Imperator Meralth:
"-and it's place in the stars. For the Dominion!"
Ezekiel:
"-and for the Old Blood!"
The Message cuts, as people across the worlds and the ships and the installations of the Dominion let out another cheer, for their people, for their future, for their home.
