Volkhat The envoy comes out, but otherwise waits. A simple tunic covers their main body. Their head is a mess, with a cybernetic eye and some tubes in it, going down into a backpack. Probably a computer thing. The neck is gone, replaced with machinery, and the legs are robotic too, arms as well, though with normal hands. The being is insectoid.
