We mastered that problem easy. However, once cloning became widely available the worst people started using it, or the best people did. It happened to be that the clones were so good they felt that they were superior, having been brought up by technology. So indeed, they argued, and fought....and killed. The revolution was only quenched by removing yet more freedoms from our peoples and killing quite a lot.
