Altraxia
(Correction, the Crymnant EMPs are designed to disable anything, they're just especially effective against magnaspawns.)
Narcrus performed threat analysis in an instant, understanding what they were (magnaspawn) and why they were here (retrieving the crymnant if possible, revenge if not). An instant later, they'd decided on a course of action that, in approximately 93% of the simulations they ran, would lead to an optimal outcome.
Step 1. Taunt them. It was unclear whether these things felt emotion, but if they angering them would make them most likely to make a mistake. To this end, communications array flared up, sending a transmission to the magnaspawns.
Greetings! Wow, I thought getting that crymnant from you was easy the first time,
and now you're just delivering these massive pieces of crymnant straight to my door step.
I'll be taking these now. Thank you very much, friend.
As the magnaspawns received this transmission, the fleet rearranged itself into a new formation, bombers in front, flagship (that's 6HCE-6HAC-EGC F-P-A DAP-AP-FE TEAPS(H-P) PP-ESP) just behind with the rest of the combat ships, and freighters and communication arrays far back. The combat ships all armed their weapons, ready to fire the moment the magnaspawns come into range.
