The ships can see that there are several vessels within the system, many of which are larger than the battleships present as well. They are directed towards one of the stations which houses the ship with ease, and accordingly to standard procedure, remove all nuclear-grade or above weaponry from the ship.
Moving through the spatious-looking station, they eventually reach the meeting room. It is an opulant hall with arched ceilings and hidden lights, walls decorated by a plethora of knicks and knacks, paintings, and showcases, if not interected by a bookshelf or a blueprint of somewhere. Upon the center is a large desk with a lizardmen sitting atop it, dawning the usual grey and golden robes of The Embassy. In front of the desk is a small table, with armchairs pointing towards it.
The lizardman gesticulates with his hand in an ample manner, speaking.
"Please, sit if you will gentleman. The signing of the papers shan't take long."
He then pulls on the collar of the robe, adjusting it, and speaks again.
"Nevertheless, We are glad that you have received the invitation. Now, all that has to be done is signing these papers. They will allow a certain operational range within The Embassy, both economically and politically, as you must know these two facets it operates in."
