So I was thinking about a new laser mod I wanted someone to make. I couldn't find it anywhere. So now I'm asking here. I was thinking about an antimatter laser cannon. A purple energy weapon that has to have a medium reactor in the middle of it for it to work which I think would be pretty cool. The laser would be about the size of 2 large reactors. Its laser would be about 2 meter sticks wide. Also it would only be allowed inside a build and not on the outside. it would have space to connect corridors on the sides. And it would take 5 seconds for it charge. Its animation would be a small orb bouncing around in its laser compartment that gets progressively faster and the cannon eventually bursts out a laser. It would last about 10 seconds and then it would wait 10-30 seconds until firing again. This is because it would be extremely powerful and large. If anyone can work on this I'd be stoked. (Sorry for it being so long but I had to get the details in). PS yes I know my drawing sucks it isn't for show its for example.

And if you're wondering. No I don't have any knowledge on how mods work. Im going off my knowledge.

Glaxii It does not seem like a very interesting idea, especially if you want someone else to do it, what catches my attention is the idea that the weapon has an integrated reactor, useful, but very dangerous, the vanilla laser presents a more interesting challenge for the player because you have to perform as "puzzles" to archieve the highest possible performance, while this weapon its only function would be to shoot, you do not have to worry about the ammunition, or to place it well.

    man yes, OP cannon #3326

Lore_Breaker Thanks. The reactor is more of a power source rather than ammo. The ammo comes from an antimatter maker. It would basically make antimatter from thin air. I get that you mean it isn't as hard to use but the real thing that would be a "puzzle" is the making of it. It is put into separate parts that each cost over $250.000. If that doesn't make it pretty hard idk what does. Because it's built like a rail-gun sort of.
