Within the belly of G-S16 lies ancient threats long dormant, within G-S16's walls is consistent combat, war and competition and its outskirts vulnerable.

However, beyond. It would come as common knowledge that beyond G-S16 would be a safer haven of sorts? Anything can be better than here. Right?

an anomaly turned a planet into a ship graveyard, seemingly over night with nothing. The planet Halcyon-6S, a dying planet in the said outskirts, north west of G-S16, was violated with an anomalous activity, a phenomenon.

Any faction in these outskirts would take quick notice as this activity was alarmingly fast. However, there was no beacons, distress calls, combat or anything else there. Its as if the ships just appeared there.

However, there was something left behind, something to signal the event. A rouge vessel, belonging to an unknown faction, was found drifting near the planet, seemingly out of fuel. It seems to only have 1 crew member on board. Well, 1 life signal anyway. Despite being a cruiser, a fairly large one.

It flashes its beacons, dimming with diminishing hope, in the light that somebody, or something, will hear its call.

Node_Man Thanks to the increased scanning of the outer regions of the GS-16 (due to the whisper event), The anomalous and fast transition of the planetoid is noticed quite suddenly, due to this the Battleship Archangel is deployed to determine the cause of the fast transition.

After the Battleship is en-route the secondary signal of the lone vessel is relayed to the GFM, the battleship is then informed of this change and the commander informs his crew to activate the reality chamber(virtual reality chamber for remote uplink to the drone) onboard, after doing so the ship prepares the uplink as for a crewmember to take control of the drone and navigate it to begin scanning the vessel with its multiple sensor arrays ranging from optical to the quantum signigture of the ships hull.

As the Borutians prepared for what was to come, such an occurence would not be missed out on. Whether it was a small ship, or ancient leftovers, Boruts were sure to send there an exploration vessel. The exploring craft, in question, was one of the newer variants, with a mobile biological unit onboard, accompanied by a small refitted drone.
Celestial bodies from far away found themselfs right infront of the mysterious area, encompassed by a tremendous circular distortion, on which edges lied a blinding rainbow line, made out of refracted light. Inside, space and time stood cramped, unable to be properly observed, only understood by those who created that impression.
A moment has passed since the creation of this phenomenon, however, the next interval, it was swiftly gone. Only leaving behind a small, angular space vessel, with reflective, silver-rainbow plating. The craft proceeded with a scan of the surrounding area, and awaited results.

The Hull consists of a composite armour, one of the elements featured being tritanium. The vessel does have minimal weapons. However they're not of this galaxy - their make is brand new with technology unused. Outsider technology perhaps?

The interior of the ship is much of the same, outsider tech. Its fuel has also completely diminished, its resources are low and oxygen is running thin, despite only 1 crew member being on the vessel.

The beacon on the ship seems to literally be getting dimmer with each use. Looks like power is on the brink too. And with that, the wear and tear of the few weapons and interior tech would suggest that the vessel was here for a long time. Why?

There is a docking port on the side of it, either or not it's compatible with your ship can only be answered one way or another.

The only things the scan finds are dead space. Nothing of use. Maybe some debris form asteroids and large space rocks here and there, scattered like dust. The planet however, Halcyon-6S, has many, many crashed ships, it would even be safe to say that a good portion of its surface was space vessel, crashed and dead ships.

But further scans of the ships on the surface would prove to be alien. Not like from another faction or race or of foreign tech. No, its completely new, none of the ships scanned have anything in databases or anything visually seen. Yes the tech can be described from high to bleeding edge. But there's no way of telling other than scans; despite the mysterious and strange nature of the anomaly, you can't help but feel a strange sense of dejavu.

But despite the tech looking like it can out date a portion tech in this galaxy. Evidence would show that these crash sites are old. Well, some of them anyway.

The visitor, having done it's mandatory scan, engages it's engines, creating a blinding, white tail of plasma, several orders of magnitude bigger than the craft, as it stretched outwards like a cone.
It sped up towards the other, unknown spacecraft, with a faint sign of life. As the metallic vessel accelerated, it began a high detail scan of the ship it was approaching.

Node_Man As the scans are completed the Probe is ordered to attach to the ship and begins powering basic life support and to see if it can access the data core of the vessel. Eventually the Battleship arrives it's Arrival being blatantly clear due to the explosive entry it makes in to the system it's engine burning close to as bright as a small star.

    TheRainmaker

There wasn't anything else of interest.

However, something stood out. The ship had detailed logs, logs about about these beings from the "void". And collosal, monolith like objects causing paths of destruction.

You also notice that the ship has a medical wing. One that is completely empty.

    HarryRocks101

The database of the ship details just the blueprints. As if everything else was destroyed manually. The schematics detail a brig. An infrared signal pings back to the battleship as there is movement in the brig, a single shift from a single object.

The power in the ship regains as life support start to fire up again. The hydroponics however are completely dead. So backup oxygen from a chemical plant in the ship is made. The soul survivor takes quick wind of this.

They begin to contact the battleship, after a few faulty connections and retries, the captain of this cruiser contacts the archangel battleship.

"Hello-hello! Hey can you hear me! Do not board this ship! I have a suit I will board you just get me out of here!"

Thier voice is quick with a few stutters. They weren't expecting you but they knew exactly what they wanted to say. They also sounded weak and panicked. What ever happened?

    Node_Man

The approaching craft quickly arrives into the visible area of the disabled one, and attempts to find any entrances, through which it then proceeds to try and dock.

      TheRainmaker

The captain of the cruiser tries to communicate with the docking vessel

"hey hey! No stop! Do not Dock! I have a suit I can come to you!"

He's sounding hysterical at this point. He either doesn't want anybody in the ship, or anything in getting out.

        Node_Man

The message is received, it's meaning however, is not. The rainbow ship flies a little closer, and based on a guess, on what the transmission could mean, it floats near the docking port, and awaits another form of signal.

( Also, i think that me and Harry should be able to interact at this point )

        TheRainmaker

(yep you should. Also, I'd wait till Harry replies till we continue further so he doesn't have to do that much catching up)

Whilst two other groups had already found the rather ominous site, littel did they know there was another thing, which used to reside in this particularly far-off sector.
Whilst they were investigating the site, a shadow so black it was almost visable against the dark void of space appeared in the system, without any ftl signature of note.
Not only was it against the void barely visable, it was equally as obscured on the scanners, on low to mid tier scanners it did not appear at all it´s presence not distinguishable from the background noise, whilst on high tech scanners it only appeared as a blind spot.
Whilst its motivations were uncertain, the object or its owners seemed to have taken interest in this odd occurance, though as of currently the object only sat in space, observing.

Node_Man After the vessels entry in to the system it's engine flare up and it begins flying towards the ship at un-imaginable speed, as it gets closer it's Frontal engines begin burning bright slowing the ship down quite suddenly, once the ship is close enough it grapples the ship and begins stabilising the ship as the commander broadcast for the passenger to leave the art airlock and board the battleship via the hanger containment unit

          TheRainmaker

the docking Bay doors are sealed shut; the captain locked them via the bridge. He then takes a spare suit and begins making his way to the hangers

          Drakador_Chaos

The captain did not see the blinds pot, in fact, he didn't even attempt to look at his sensors. It was because he didn't quite care, even if a military fleet was waiting for him. He just wanted out and away from his ship

          HarryRocks101

The captain, now wearing his space suit, is at the hanger bay. He hears the commander of the battle ship direct him orders, to which he follows.

The captain then leaves the hanger bay, locking and closing it behind himself. He activates the thrusters on his large suit and makes his way to the battleship, which is surprisingly closer than he'd initially expected.

The captain does stop halfway, shaking his head with his hand on the side of his head. It's trying to talk to him again in the hopes to coast him back in. Not again

The captain enters the hanger containment unit of the battleship

(Im gonna wait for harry to respond, mainly because my ship just hangs around Harry's one and is completly ignored)

...after having come to the conclusion that its presence had gone unnoticed, the ship...
              ...remained as it was.
After a few minutes, scans were conducted, first surface scans of the planet, apparently looking for any points of interest and then a number of more detailed scans of the derelict ship, the scanners themselves seemed to be quite advanced.
Once these scans were done and the presumed crew or onboard AI was waiting for the results, it started scans of the two other present ships, however, oddly enough, rather than looking for any details about the ships themselves, it seemed to be only looking for indications of their origins, the onboard crew and apparently for anything that might have been taken from the planet or its vicinity...
