DayBreaker Scp-2399 Federation From Unknown Universe

A bunch of SCP 2399s(that are responsible for Jupiter's Great Red Spot) that came from an unknown universe decided to make a federation,with no information at all.

And why is this even in RP? There's no context as to why this is related to any faction at all.

(Mate, like altraxia said you've got to give info on your federation. Hidden factions are allowed, though you could just say that info provided cant be used in-character by other factions.)
(Give your faction a history, maybe a light one you could reveal as time goes. Or maybe a filled one, detailing the scp's beginning, motivations to travel away and their idea of a unification in this universe.)
(Btw, we are strictly located in a fictional universe called G-S16, and we shall stay, in this universe. So i advise against going to other universes.)
(Also, this is just a tip since i see yer inspired by the scp francise, try to be as original as possible, you can get inspired by other's work though its best advised to not copy or rip-off someone else's hard work.)
(And finally, please be open to new ideas, sorry for any "hostile" comments this early though its just that we have a tight community with several unwritten rules that may be unapparent. We are welcome to include you with open and friendly arms as long as you're welcome to change to better suit our rp.)
