(While the 5 were approaching the shuttle, a Nokia 3310 ringtone coming from The Head's holophone)
The Head with an oh kind of face: Oh. Someone is calling me...and it's the higher ups. Hmm.
General Talios: Your in trouble?
The Head: I believe not. You know the protocol everyone.
The 4 nodded and continued their walk towards the shuttle talking to one another while The Head was walking slowly.
The Head with a concern face, cleared his throat and pressed the answered button: Hello, you called for me sirs and madam?
(Meanwhile in a very dark conference room in the UFI HQ)
(REDACTED 1) with a smooth but menacing male voice: Yes, we called for you director. May I ask, were are you now?
The Head still with a concerned face while walking towards the shuttle: We are at the UNSC station sirs and madams. We are about to depart.
(REDACTED 2) with a kind but stern female voice talking to (REDACTED 1): It would seem that we called him in the wrong place.
(REDACTED 1): Agreed. (REDACTED1 then turn towards the mic and continued talking to The Head with a frustrated tone.) Director, get back to the HQ. We have...pressing matters to inform you.
The Head with a very concerned face was almost at the shuttle. The 4 noticed his expressions and started to worry
The Head: Understood sirs and madams. I will arrive there shortly.
(REDACTED 1): Good. We are waiting for your arrival, Director. (End of transmission)
The Head then entered the craft and sited down, thinking what was waiting for him in HQ. The 4 were also speculating on the matter.
The Ship then headed towards the nearest UFI station.

ST3: Contacting MS1 for official confirmation.
ST2: Contacting local units.

Dalos now thinking: Something is working behind the scenes right now...like, why are all of these ships popping out of now where? To add that, they are appearing in one place...

Dalos: Yes I'm aware of that...but why? Hmm.
ST1: By the way sir, how's the IMG going?
Dalos: We are still talking on who is gonna host. I already contacted the Higher ups about this.
ST1: Orders just came in Admiral. You are requested to move you fleet towards the new anomaly. The Higher ups ordered it by the way sir.
Dalos with a face of concern: Oh, really now...tell them that we are heading there now ST1.
ST1: Affirmative admiral. Forwarding your reply.

Admiral Dalos: Wait, WE ARE DOING THIS NOW?
Navigation Officer: Sir, multiple ships in bound and it's KSI. It's a FLEET!
Admiral Dalos: CONTACT RCT NOW!
Comms Officer: Contacting now sir!
Dalos then turned to the mic: KSI Federation explain yourself NOW!
RCT: This is RCT to Admiral Dalos. What is the meaning of this? We are detecting multiple unknown ships in the area.
Dalos; Those ships are part of the KSI Federation sir. We do not have a response yet from them about the potential meeting place.
RCT: Is that so...then WHY DID THEY BRING AN ENTIRE FLEET SINCE IT'S NOT CONFIRMED YET!?! That's not a diplomat thing for meetings. But i do think they want the meeting to be here. The counsel got wind of this and now they are planning what to do. I know, Counsel level now. We are also contacting UNSC for assistance. Also tell our IMG friend to stay close to your fleet, this might get ugly admiral. Reinforcements enroute to your location. Stay prepared admiral Dalos.

Admiral Dalos sighed in relief, returning to his chair slowly then sat down: OKay...so, that fleet is composed of Government ships. Good. Contact RCT again.
Comms Officer: Yes sir.
RCT: RCT to admiral Dalos, enlighten us on the situation.
Dalos: Sir. It's a government fleet sir. Don't know why it's a fleet.
RCT: Maybe it's their culture to have a fleet like that. But we are still in code yellow though. We do not want to take any chances. Please hold we are getting orders...
The counsel made the decision to hold a meeting to the KSI Federation and the IMG. Please tell them the coordinates to the designated place admiral Dalos. The UNCS may attend the meeting but we don't have a response yet.
Dalos: Understood RCT, Dalos out.
(The combined trio's fleet arrived at admiral Dalos' location shortly.)

(Meanwhile in the UNSC station where the trio, ambassador and the head are.)
General Talios sighs in relief: Glad that ended peacefully.
Admiral Wald: I agree with ya general.
Admiral Viola: Director, you were called in instead of us, would you like to share what happened in there sir?
The Head thinking: Well to put it short, it's all about peace treaties, potential collaboration, protection and that's about it.
Admiral Viola: I thought it would be...more or so sir.
The Head: My thoughts exactly Viola.
The Ambassador: Gentlemen, shall we?
All four: We shall.

Admiral Dalos then ordered the Comms officer to connect with the ship. Also ordered the 2 GWS to activate their gravity wells.
Admiral Dalos with a stern voice: This is admiral Dalos of the UFI. You are in restricted area. Tells us what are your intentions here KSI Federation.
