Romando07 25 minutes later, the corvette is finished inspection. The docking master thanks Captain Tarik for his cooperation and asks if they need supplies and fuel.

"We are in no need of supplies or fuel thank you. I was sent on a diplomatic mission to establish contact and potential treaties. May I speak with someone who has the authority?"

Romando07 "Right this way Captain, we have a dropship ready to take you to the surface"

They follow the Docking Master to a small dropship hangar to find a freshly painted and scrubbed pelican waiting for them. The 70mm swivel nose gun has been removed and the dropships wings missile mounts are empty.

Tarik enters the dropship without questions and waits.

Romando07 "Welcome aboard Cpatain", the pilot exclaims "Im Warrent Officer Ryan Mckay and ill be taking you to the surface" the pilot turns around in his seat and starts flipping control switches and buttons. The captsin notices on the back of his flight helmet a sticker that reads stop screaming im scared too. With a sudden hiss the dropships rear door closes and the pilot awaits for the all clear to depart.

"Docking station to Greenflight, permision to depart"

The pilot responds " acknowledged, departing now"

"Captain sir this could be a wild ride so hold on to your potatoes"

The dropship speeds out of the hanger, initiates a slight roll towards the planet, passing freighters and warships alike.

The captain says nothing and doesnt look too disturbed by the flight, but he is however holding tight to his seat while observing the ship.

25 minutes later, they land in front of what appears to be a government building from the view of the dropships main windscreen.

The pilot, unseals the hatch with another hiss, and as the ramp falls he spys 4 honour guards awaiting to take him to the government office.

Once the captain decends from the craft the hatch is resealed and the dropship ready to take off.

The captain looks around to see what this planet is like and follows the honourary escort.

Romando07 they arrive just a few feet from the main doors where they are greeted by the Prime Minister. "Welcome captain, hopefully the flight down wasn't too rough. We will be meeting in my private study to discuss whats needed"

"Greetings."
The captain replies in his formal tone and nods.

Romando07 they reach the study and the Captain finds a fire going and fresh coffee and desserts on a tray with the PMs desk covered in papers with doodles which seem to be done by children along with photos of beaming kids and himself along with a somewhat eldery woman.

The captain intrigued by this asks "what's all this about"

The PM replies with "ah, drawings made by my grandchildren, such talented artists"
He then walks over and picks up the photo of him and the woman, "this here is my wife, i wouldnt trade her for anything. We complete eachother"

"Now lets get to business, what are you here to discuss"

"I am here to discuss potential treaties between us. My name is Tarik and I speak in the name of IMG. I believe I have something, a proposal, that can benefit us both. Would you like to hear more?"

Romando07 " Yes I would, so lets discuss this then, sit down and relax"

"We have anything you might need, from ores, exotic food, fine goods, art, carpentry, building materials, anything in the entertainment industries, medical equipment and even armors, be it for ships or personal armors. But perhaps most importantly, we have more than enough to pay for anything we might wish, and as such I believe its in our interests to seek closer relations as we build trust that will proppel our people forwards. Some of the things we want include availability to your markets, under your regulations if needed, allowance of passage, unrestricted movement in public spaces, acknowledgment of our treaty, rights to participate in any and all activities that non-citizens are allowed, right to fair trial or equivalent there of in your law and outlawing discrimination. In return you will get acces to all goods we think suit you the best, you can certainly expect a boom in economy while doing buesiness with us and you may ask for add-ons or special, seperate treaties that are good for both of us. I assure you that we have our customers well-being always in mind and that we condemn fraud and other crimes. We dont ask for any exceptions from your law, as everyone has to follow rules in their territory, so we will follow in yours.
I think that sounds more than fair. Do you agree?"

Romando07 the PM thinks," I agree to that exepct one on condition, you cannot have rights to non civilian activities because of classified government and military secrets and assets."

"That sounds fair. Its a deal then?"

ONI

Romando07 "The deal is on"
The two shake hands and a treaty paper is signed.
" Now Captain Tarik, would you like a tour of the city of Ottawa?"

"I wold love that, but let me just tell my crew..."
He does something to his watch and a tiny beep is heard.
"There, first merchant ships should arrive in few hours... Now, show me your beautiful city please."

They leave the area and decend the stairs to the back of the building, passing government officals and some small groups reporters interviewing cabinet ministers.
Finally they reach the grounds where they find a sleek black helicopter gettig ready to take off, they are greeted by a man and a woman who escort them to chopper, usher them inside and take off.

Once in the air the PM begins saying the city itself is the old Canadian Capital and was built on what was old Ottowa, shows old landmarks and some of the city scape.

They begin flying past huge towers in the downtown area and reach the city outskirts
The pm says to the captain "as you can see we begin to get into farmland, this is one of millions of farming space on Earth itself, each growing a variety of crops."

"This is a very impressive operation you have" the captain exclaims.
"Why thank you, Tarik"

As they fly into the city center, a nearby explosion skakes the craft

The pair look out the windows to see part of the downtown area in smoke and sounds of gun fire echoing.

They come to an open area plaza and prepare to land, the helicopters pilot yells to them over the radio "sirs this is the only safe area to land, your going to have to hoof it to the safe house". That very instance small arms fire begins bouncing off the choppers reinforced hull. The PM dares to peek out of the window and sees several figures firing dated weapons at the craft.

Seconds later the helicopter lands bringing the opening doors positioned away from the oncoming fire, as soon as the doors open Tarik and the PM are grabbed by the two bodyguards who accompanied them and forced to run to a frendly held position by UNSC marines. As they come close the marines lay down covering fire, and a young private begins shouting "Over here Over he-". The group got to him to discover his missing as a fellow marines drag.him to saftey and protect the group.

The marines get pushed back to the enterance of a nearby shopping mall as terrorist fire comes from all front sides to them. The doors manage to finally open and the bodyguards, Tarik and the PM run towards an empty shop passing weapons cases and barricades along with wounded marines. Tarik finally manages to let out a deep breath, to which the PM says " everything will be just fine, so much for a peaceful first meeting" and forces a smile trying to shed light on a good situation.

Minutes or hours, what seems like days go by as they wait for more help to arrive. The group sits in silence till loud bangs are heard on the mall doors, until they begin to warp and soon blow inward as the result of an RPG round.

The marines take tactical positions, but are dazed and confused because of the smoke and ringing in their ears so they are quickly killed off by the attackers. The PMS bodyguards pull M6D silenced pistols from the inside of they're suit jackets and open fire at the gaping door hole.
