the defense arrays on the nightwing scrambled to hit the missiles before it and nearby armor getting wrecked by the massive cannons

Terket The two destroyers stagger there shots. Missiles and slugs are launched. While the shields are designed to stop heavy plasma bombardment, the shields drop because of the emp effect and the railguns slam into the ships armour wearing down the six feet o Titanium A down.

The nightwing was far outmatched at this point, no longer operating at full power, attempting to bolster full shields and make sure the missiles and slugs don't hit at the exact wrong angle, rotating around to side, and it seemed to quickly flash status between yellow and green.

Terket (These slugs don’t need a perfect angle to hit. Wherever they hit you your fucked. They vaporize craft or absolute shred through it.)

Hundreds of missiles fill the vaccine of space between them. The destroyers are more then an even match for this one ship due to their ability to take on ships much bigger then them and come out on top.

Both destroyers fire MAC volleys into the ships.

The nightwing, even if its front starboard defense array were still intact, would be overwhelmed quickly by the firepower, and crumble. It didn't help that the two destroyers were bigger than the nightwing ship
Whilst this would be noticed immediately, it would take time to reach a solution..

Terket The destroyers finish off the ship. They return to their duties and report the craft in. Patrols in the area are increased in case any other ships return.

Brank At the Sound Of Reach She Immediatley Gasps, and Her posture is More Exited. She Removes her Helmet, Revealing Short Blonde Hair and Blue Eyes, as Well as a Long Scar on her Neck along the Jugular.
"Yeah, She's Old, But Hold On, We're Going to Reach?! I thought the Covenant Glassed it! Did you Win the Human-Covenant War? Is Jun Alright? What about the Pillar Of Autumn, Did it Make it to Earth?"
She Looks Confused, Exited, and Scared at the Same Time, while Anxiously Moving her Hands.

Unsure of who she was talking about. He said no idea. He then explained that they did win the war. 17 years ago and some of the Covenant or what ones were not hostile after became peaceful with humanity. Some of our biggest allies were once enemies. He also doesn't say he knows anything about the POA due to that operation being classified to hell and back.

He almost forgot to add that Reach is back to what it once was, better than before.

The prowler emerges from slipsace. As Reach comes into view the ship moves to dock at a station. Soon the main doors to the hangar open. a boarding ramp extends and crew come off the ship. A man in a captains uniform strides out onto the deck. A data pad in his hand. The officer shouts officer on deck as the captain walks over to them.

ONI She salutes the Captain, before quietly talking to herself a few seconds later. "Guess Noble teams been forgotten." she sighs and pulls a pair of dog tags from her neck, they read "Jorge-052, Spartan II Program." She looks at them, and a single tear forms on her eye, and she quickly wipes it away, putting the dog tags on her neck again, alongside her own. "what's the ETA for Reach?"

Brank At ease Spartan the captain says returning the salute back to Nat. Edwards your dismissed go enjoy your r&r. Yes Sir the other officer says to the captain before disembarking from the ship.

ETA for Reach is now. We are currently docked with station Moncton for resupply. What did you say your service tag was again?

ONI She puts her helmet on "N-456, Sir."

Brank As he types away on his datapad nothing comes up for an N-356. He is quite puzzled by this. Are you sure you got that right? he says. This is well above my paygrade he thinks to himself. Did you have any team members at all I can cross reference to figure out who you are?

ONI "Carter A-259, Jorge-052, Kat B-320, Jun A-266, and Emile A-239, Sir."

Brank He types the names into the datapad. They bring up results. Noble team? All members were listed as MIA back in 2552. The only surviving member was A-266. Your number isn't listed.

ONI As the Captain Says this, A Look of Dread and Sadness Washes over her Face, she Says Something, Much Less Exited, and More Scared than Anything.
"What? I Know I was on Reach.. I.. I dont think this Is My Home... I Dont think is My Universe.. I Thought it was Just a Skip in Time, But, It may have been Worse Than That.. If we can Go Find Somewhere else to Talk, I can Explain Exactly What Happened, Sir."

Go to the stations main hangar. You will find a pilot by the name of Jefferson awaiting for you.

A small, fast, scout ship appears in the mid system, conducts a sensor examination of the entire system, then leaves, leaving a small sensor beacon behind.

ZendikaroftheWest The sensor beacon is intercepted by a corvette on patrol. The corvette brings it on board and calls in on what it had discovered.

Later the corvette drops it off at a station orbiting the planet of Meridian for research.

She Heads over to her Pelican, and as she Walks away, the Captain sees a Huge Spartan Laser, an Early Prototype at least, Natalie Heads to the Main Hangar.

She arrives in the Hangar, Puts her Helmet Back on, and Looks for Jefferson.
