Three sleek ships with vibrant golden, orange and blue markings on their darkened hull emerge from an FTL jump. One seems to be a more sizeable cruiser-like ship, and the other two seem to be fighters.
They soon send a hail:

Greetings. We are here in behalf of Galactic Lihr and Mhertz, a M.I.S.E.-Based Megacorporation, here to solve all your technological needs for space warfare and welfare! We wish to speak to someone who we can conduct trade with.

A diplomat opens the door to ministers office and peeks in before entering. He approaches the prime minister and begins:

"Greetings, mister. I bring forth good news: a big project that we helped come to reality has finnaly finished: We and a few others banded together to realize an idea of a truly independant system where trade would flourish, which would become grounds for long term galactic stability, peace and cooperation. Its called The Embassy, and it is supposed to be the place where everyone comes together and votes on resolutions that will affect the whole galaxy; everyone is equal there and everyone will have a say in the matter. We came here to ask you to send a team of representatives and others, to set up your embassy in the system and preppare, for everything will start shortly."

The small commercial flotilla stands by, motionless in the space, their markings shimmer in the reflections of the light, the matter grey/black of their hulls create a stark constrast betwixt the different materials from the ships. The small ammount of angles combined with the proportional golden, orange and deep blue markings show the sleek and modernistic design of the small flotilla.

Fort_Master_Gustav A single corvette by the name of UNSC Hit Your Limit makes headways for the flotilla.

The bridge crew stare in awe at the view screens admiring the beauty of these angled, what seems almost shark like to them

The ships lie in await for the UNSC ship to communicate to them further instructions. Though the flotilla doesn't seem weaponized, one can never be sure if they are or not defenseless.
A small generic hail is sent to the ship incoming, informationless and only proving as a way to point the ship towards the flotilla.

The thruster systems of the ships would hum if they weren't in space. They light up to a deep shade of purple that slowly shifts into a mild blue,, as they seem to heat up though not follow through with a burn. They lie in await for their scort to begin his scorting journey.

Fort_Master_Gustav The escort preforms a turning maneuver, its aft and port thrusters firing in a controlled burn. Please follow us and retain a somewhat close distance the ship hails.

The thrusters of the ships light up and in an instant the incandenscence turns towards a bright white. The ships shoot forward and easily keep up with the escort ship. They keep a close proximity, though still more than an ample space for them to avoid any kind of unforseen collision.

Fort_Master_Gustav The escort hails them a final time Alright, this is your stop, protocol dictates that you have to have your ships inspected before landing on the surface or going through the rest of the station as a somewhat large station comes into view. The escort fly's by the station and turns back around for newly assigned patrol duty.

Romando07 The Prime Minister with a toothbrush in his mouth, holds up a finger as he takes it out and puts it in drawer. "Sorry about that, my wife and I, umm, sorry I am behind schedule." The PM thinks on the deal. On how and where this can benefit the UEG. "This embassy, seems very large, how many groups are apart of it?" he asks.

The ships collectively swerve into the station, with the finesse and graciousness of a swan, they land into the landing docks with a single fluid motion, as their retroactive burn thrusters are activated, hundreds of small lights throught the surface.
Large mechanical pads extend from the bottom of the cruiser-like ship and close contact with the ground, there is no noise, the suspension included in the feet has absorbed all of the impact of the ship landing. They await instructions, as this may well be an automatic scanning station.

Fort_Master_Gustav a young officer strides over to the ships with MPs on either side of him, each a hefty M6 magmun on thier sides in holsters. One MP carrys a data pad and a pen

Seeing the approaching of the group of people, the ramp of the ship slides down to unload their own officials.
The ramp juts out foward from an otherwise seamless hull, only evident by the demarkings of orange, and elevates a slight bit before swiveling on its joint, and lightly touching the ground.
The interior of the ship is evidently fancy and luxurious. A white panneling remeniscent of marble, yet with somehow more consistency of its color and texture is decorated by a modern take on barroque architecture. The greebling is made by consecutive angles put in evidence by markings in gold, few angles cut through the pillars, pointing to the modernism of the design of the ships as well.
From within the ship come three figures. The center one dawns a robe made of many diamon-shaped flat crystals that shine an oppulent purple and dark-blue as the light strikes them, and a hat that seems to be made out of the same material.
Two other lizardmen on either side of him use what seems to be a full-body suit/armor made out of the same kind of beautiful material, though their modernistic helmets occult their features.
The trio walk down the ramp slowly, and await at the bottom.
