First to give you a good answer I need to know more about what is going on.
Having said that and understanding that I am currently shooting in the dark. Here what information I have.
first issues that I see; the batteries in the peoples hands are yellow they should be blue, second people are stacking up (your big problem), third there is at least one colossal capacitor bank on the ship.
My main guess would be that you have an older version of my mod I base this on first; Walt fixed many of the crew issues so recent versions have very little to no crew stack up.
Second the yellow batteries are most likely partial batteries. I updated the reactors to have no delay on pickup in more recent versions specifically due to this problem which Walt fixed.
The Capacitor bank is only of note in that you most likely have some serious power demands which caused the crew stack up in the first place.
Possiable fixes
- Update
- If for what ever reason you don't want to update then I recommend using a combination of wireless power and ship construction to keep your crew where you want them. (Small reactors never had the pickup delay and may help (2x2 reactor))
