It had been three weeks after the ominous invaders had fled through the tear and nothing happened since then, however on the day after these three weeks, the alarms were set off once again, possibly, the last time, as they would soon find out...
Suddenly, the galactic plain trembled again, the borders of the tear... shivered. Then, moments later followed another whipser, although, this time, it wasn´t a 'whisper' at all. There were no ominous voices, no sounds over opne transmission channels, nothing to really record what had actually happened, instead, the pychic plain rippled and with it came roar, deep, violent, primordal, like a horde of ancient beasts streaming onto a battlefield...
...and with it came... terror.
Every living being, be it in the surrounding spaceships or on the planets beneath, started to be overcome by a strong instictual fear, powerful and ancient, as if hunted by large predator...
Then... at the apex of it´s intensity, the tear shivered again and a fountain of red mist erupted from it´s depths...
...along with the eruption and new wave of the ominous beasts had entered realspace, though rather like a scouting group, this one more alike to a coordinated but ravenous horde...
The head of the group was formed by number of smaller beasts, in size around those who made up the last group, some of them looking like thorns others like claws, ready to impale and slice their prey.
They were followed by two other beasts, each of them clad in shells that were reminiscent of heavy armor, considerably larger than their brethern, however even they were dwarfed in size by what had been moving between them:
A large winged beast seemed to be the core of this horde, it had several jagged tails and seemed to over a kilometre long, a truly nightmare inducing beast, however, as if that wasn´t enough already anyone who looked at it, even on the recordings, felt as if it was staring at them... feeling it´s hunger.
Immedietly after leaving the tear, the beasts began swarming out, over a hundred of the smaller ones were heading to encircle the remnants of the Idimoni fleet as the energy signature from the largest of the beasts was steadily increasing.
