Naval Vengeance Mod for 0.15.13.

Updated NVM over the past week with permission from Gibby. Lafiel says to say it's still unofficial.

Only real changes being guns use ammo and PD turn faster.
Some things are still a bit janky. Speak up if you see anything wrong, and any advice is welcome.

UPDATE: 0.41 for version 0.15.13 is out now!
Mostly just did some basic testing to ensure that there are no crashes. Other changes that happened are shields got a buff and cannon descriptions got some clarification.

Darn. Of course the one thing that seems minor is what crashes.
If you feel like messing with the files, hop into mod.txt and remove the brackets where its says to.
I can't do it myself until monday....

The problem seems to be somewhere in the description block. I commented out the entire description section and the mod loaded fine.

Can someone tell me if this is a problem, but are there thrusters included in this mod? I just noticed there are larger thrusters shown on the pictures for the built in ships, but when I try to load them, there are none. There are also no modded thrusters listed under the parts. Also, I was running it with version 0.15.12b, with Galactic Allegiance and SW Cosmos Divided as well.

The_Space_Core IIRC, an older version had some, but they got removed. I wouldn't recommend trying to load default ships, they haven't been updated.
