Expected behaviors:
Saved game setup: A small ship sends projectiles (mobile_suit
) to enemy Archangel
When a projectile (mobile_suit
) health is depleted under enemy fire, it would spawn a harmless mobile_suit_castoff
projectile that is drawn to nearest friendly ship via Repulsion
mechanism.
However, with Cosmoteer 0.15.9 RC1, mobile_suit_castoff
projectiles seem drawn to its enemy Archangel
EDIT: By temporarily reduce mobile_suit
projectile health to 2500, more mobile_suit_castoff
projectiles were spawned. With increased samples for observation, it seem Repulsion
mechanism still work in general. Some mobile_suit_castoff
projectiles managed to find their way back to mothership, quite a number got lost into the deep space, a few unlucky ones bumped into enemy ship.
