Further away from the dangers of the battlefield, a small fighter-esque sized ship appears and observes the events from afar before entering cloak. (Just to say I am here)

The cannon fire gives away the position of the Redford fleet. Whilst the operators have no problem in dodging the shells, the facilities, naturally immobile, don't meet the same fate. The mass of the shells is too great to desintegrate in time, and thus, the molten remains of the large-calliber ordinance rips through the masses of metal, organisms and shielding, causing sparkling detonations as they thread along.
The Operators fly erratically, almost impossible to hit them at this range without relativistic weaponry. They dispense their antimatter beams from far away, the distance making them more of antimatter "showers" than focused ordinance delivery.
The shells that go towards the megastructure simply aren't powerful enough to get too close to it, slowly they are atomized until nothing of them remains due to the light of the Beacon.

The final remains of the planets lock into place, the beam of light connecting them to the center of the galaxy clearly visible. The Beacon seems to recognize the completion of the operation, as a thunderous wave of energy starts to pulsate. The first blast throws away the defensive facilities around The Beacon, and the remains of the Child, scattering them around, though still keeping the same centricity pattern.

Within Venata ships, a chant begins to rise in a language which can only described as "Incoherent Noise" as the Harvester begins to move slowly towards the enemy fleet, any impacts on the Harvester seems to be nearly ineffective, as the absolutely massive ship prepares to engulf its enemies.

FangTheCat One of the commanders notice that this vessel seems to have organic properties, and the fleet does a temporary retreat. As they get to a safe distance, they change the shells to be incendiary, as these shells usually work with hardy organic material. These incendiary shells pack enough flammable and potent matter to burn down a whole city with a few salvos. Returning back into the fight and at a range where this Harvester would take some time to reach the group, they unleash multiple rounds into it, A vessel this large means all 300 shells pound the creature.

          BattleCruiserCommander

The massive harvester reacts by redirecting the majority of its energy to shields, extending the distance of which they project from the ship and its Strength. Several Condra spires are launched from within the behemoth, impacting the walls, spreading a smooth green biological shell over the ship's front.
(for reference, The size of the Harvester is More than enough to Easily hold the entire Venata fleet, including the 5 new 16km long ships that were amalgamated, with the inside still seeming empty.)
(Although the Venata only have 5 of them. total. and the others are nowhere near here.)

          "Do.. Not.. Run.. From Fate."

FangTheCat The fleet does not receive the message but instead launches that missiles flank the rear of the vessel, hitting its organic material with incendiary missiles. While this is happening, the fleet's commander decides to take a different route and decides to check the fleet's coordinates, and jumps. A more, well, nuclear route. Although unknown to the vessel, large nuclear missiles designed for taking out large vessels (No, seriously. These things absolutely WRECK anything bigger than a patrol boat. Anything smaller is basically turned into metal fragments), and start the absurdly long trek to the Harvester vessel. These missiles also have kinetic capabilities, but it's only because of such a long trek that these missiles carry as much momentum as a railgun slug (Cause little to no gravity in space).

            BattleCruiserCommander

The Harvester moves slowly, and suddenly a large energy signature is picked up as the incendiary missiles near.. The Harvester disappears..

Less than A Moment Later, the Harvester reappears in a burst of energy behind the enemy fleet, with the broadside facing them, close enough to scrape an enemy ship.. It's clearly visible now that the Harvester is Hundreds of Kilometers in size..
"My.. Void. Rail.. Is more adaptive.."

(Fun fact: Harvesters are some of the only Venata who refer to themselves as "My" and "I" instead of "Our" and "We.")
(also. That missile there is pretty cool looking.. I wanna see what it can in-game.)

FangTheCat (The fleet left...Y do you think they are launching nuclear missiles?)

            SO... IT... BEGINS.....

The Beacon unleashes another massive wave of energy, it seems to do so in regular intervals. However, this one is answered by... something else. Perhaps the purpose of the Deltas, after all. However, this phenomena does not answer imemdiatly, it'll take a little bit to come, but so it begins.
The color on the center starts to slowly shift from the incandescent blinding white to a more tame-er gold. The effects of the interdiction start to spread through the battlefield, as well as small collumns of golden light appear around the place. These collumns shoot out of nowhere and to nowhere, vertically, and soon dissapear back again.
Heavy ammounts of interference basically cut all communications surrounding the area of the Beacon, as anomalous readings seem to explode off the charts. The interdiction field's randomness seems to slowly rise up, its effects becoming slightly macroscopic.

The Harvester starts a Void Rail after collecting the remaining Venata warships... The Harvester Bursts forward, retreating to allow the Deltas to do as they wish.

Upon the Venata leaving, the Condra spires immediately begin to slowly rot, with any affected object slowly returning to its normal performance.

Another wave of energy lashes out violently against the surroundings, propelling the massive Delta fleet hidden within the bubble out of its location. They move outwards in the tens of thousands, and FTL away from the event. Its completion nighs, their sacrifice is not necessary anymore.
The operators are meant to be expendable, so they remain in the surroundings, about 40 more join in on the defensive globe surrounding the beacon, as they fly around it to prevent any last-ditch efforts at stopping the megastructure, though at this point, it's nigh-unstopabble.
The energy wave is beckons the beyond as the cogs of the Panopticon turn and swivel its pseudo-aperture interdimensionally, picking up on the targeting reticle provided by the Beacon. Slowly, it seeps into G-S16, as its location is locked into place, another galaxy sucessfully seeded.
The pillars of golden light intensify tremendously. Many of them shoot through operators, as they are simply gone, parts of them turn into others, some turn into stone, some dissapear, some turn into water, somewhat changed, as they drift onto the influence of the beacon and get desintegrated.
The Taroka (@Soundbust11 )'s left wing gets caught one of the sporradic pillars of golden light, and is suddenly made into stone. All of its internal functions lose their purpose and it become uncommunicative, perhaps it's time to leave this region of space.

              (PEW PEW PEW)

The Beacon pulsates yet again, from its center emanating powerful multi-spectrum energetic waves, oscilating the very fabric of space-time in their rippling wake as it washes over the viscinity lashing out in fury against nearby debris and assets. The Beacon backons it and the Panopticon answers. Now, their duty is complete as their objective finally comes into full fruition, the verticies, emissary of the phenomena, were now to take upon another task, to spread it further to another place, for the galaxy of G-S16 was to witness its glory now.
Space shook in its foundations nearby the Beacon, as the pillars of golden light came by permanently. Golden thunder percolated through the viscinity as it connected to the drones and undid them in glorious reductionist faction, to the very minimal deconstructed and shot outwards.
The light flooded the area until it was saturated, but unlike the other times, it did not go away. It started forming into some kind of shape as it lost a part of its luminosity, and soon it came to be:

It was a mesmorizing sight to witness, quite literally. Gazing at the internal kaleidoscope of clashing maddened colors made anyone lose their sense of time and being, simply stuck with their eyes pointed towards it as its interior developed in an everlasting twisting motion.
It still pulsated and oscillated its surroundings, alternatively, it also percolated through the space inside all of G-S16 to some degree, sometimes golden thunder would randomly appear, striking clean anything they came to contact, splitting planets assunder, only to reconstruct them moments later.
Now, with their objected completed, the Deltas alter their gaze towards other galaxies, to seed them as well, and bless them with its glowing divinity. In the following months, it'd be reported that there were less and less Delta sightings, until they were completely dissapeared from the face of the galaxy.
