Both of the representatives arrive around the same time, and are redirected towards their own small pedestals by the same middle-aged man. Soon, he starts talking to everyone.

The middle-aged man clears his throat, and the room goes silent, only his voice resounds now that there the matter at hand is to be announced, it starts off:
"First of all, welcome to the recent arrivals, the gentleman of the GBE and of the VWP will very much appreciate the reson behind this meeting.
Anyways, I must warn everyone of these particular notions. After I finish talking right now, all external communications around this planet will be cut off. There will be no conflicts on this room, we shall take it in a civilized manner. After the meeting has ended, this planetoid will be desintegrated with no traces left, we expect everyone to evacutate within one hour, or less.
Now...
The men doesn't do anything, really, simply gesticulating in the air, likely more aesthetical than meaningful. However, everyone but the forge has their connections simply but by some kind of potent jamming effect.
"Now that that is taken care of, let us get onto the topic at hand.
A few months ago, you all likely noticed that one particular threat has resurged within the galactical scene, one of that seems to have raised many alarms at the time, who seem to not have been in vain, now that they start taking their first steps enacting another of their failed plans.
I am, of course, talking about the High Imperium, who seems to have returned to this galaxy.
Its threat is real, however, its return was predicted, and thus, we prepared for it."
Soon, projected upon the pedestals like a holographic display, and likewise onto the many walls that compose the large chamber, come in images of all the imperial systems in what seems to be a live feed.
"We took upon ourselves the task of employing our methods to monitor their development and to construct certain... countermeasures, in case they got too advanced, a case in display right now.
As such, this is what we are here to offer, people of the galaxy."
The man gesticulates, and up from the ground comes two items, they seem to be small paralelepipedoids, rectangular smooth constructs.
"Inside of one of these is simple, unaltered data of their home systems in its entirity, all the data we gathered of the kind of weaponry, shielding, propulsion systems, everything that they use on a military and non-military basis. Including months of recording from the containment systems we employed there. We shall be exchanging this information with any of you for a certain price to be discussed with each one. The data is heavily encrypted with a key, and reproducing the data on the spot will be almost impossible, even to the likes of the technology displayed by the VWP and The Forge, here present. However, one can hardly estimate its tactical value.
On the other is the command and detailed data, positioning, and everything related to the defensive grids around their systems, the one that we built. They find themselves expertly hidden and deactivated as of now, however, if one is to lead an attack on their planet, you will have a million guns aimed at them before they are even able to get one ship out of their located hangars, including the ones that are hidden underneath the surface of the planets and moons, or cloaked in many forms. You will also be able to access the live feed of all of their systems, an even more valuable tactical asset. We will be selling this in an auction style, to the highest bidder, deemed by me. What you do afterwards with it, is up to your discretion.
All of you may be thinking about simply trying to destroy me to acquire these assets, or teleport them away, perhaps scan their contents from far away? I can assure you, all that you can and cannot do is prevented by a set of security measures within this systems as a whole.
Now, shall we begin?"
