While this could end badly for me, it would show him just bringing random fleets into people's factions turf without warning is not a good thing for his faction. Heck, if he TRULY wants to wage war, I'll simply do the same tactics he did to me, and simply jump into his capital system and bombard it. That way he gets a taste of his own medicine. If he decides to pull some Noobish stuff, I'll just nuke 'em.
Imo if he does not improve rp, we can (and probably should) ignore him. If he improves, then good. But if he doesn't, then so be it.
