      Is the railgun turret roof weapon?

          Impenetra I don't think so, I don't think the game supports it.

              i uploaded a fix. the new version crashed the game when encountering new bounty ships becaue it did not found the correct files.

                the railgun turret is a roof weapon but it can't fire threw the ship
                tho you can put one layer of corridor around it for more protection and it should still fire

                          Impenetra ABH Mod has a weapon that the shot appears 70 tiles in front of where the weapon is

                              Jesus3747 i could do a weapon that shoot threw everything but the projectile would be below the ship. it is a bit unsightly.

                                      Jesus3747 the missile will go below the ship. if you want good roof weapons that can shoot everywhere you ll need to wait for walt to add vanilla roof weapons (apparently it is planned) unless a modder find a way for the bullet to be seen on top of everything else.

                                        akinata I do not care if the missile goes under the ship, the missile silo would be cool!

                                            i uploaed a little fix for the railgun turret. now you can surround it entirely by corridors.
                                            it will still fire when covered by one layer and up to 2 layers in most case. one block weapons can also be placed in front and it will still fire (PD and staff cannon).

                                            It would be great if you add some sort of more medieval themed things.
                                            Like medieval lamp or medieval armor( looks like a castle wall ).
                                            I am considering about creating a medieval-themed faction 😃

                                                i tested the test gun 2 and is hits allies

                                                also it would be great if you could add a laser cannon like the missile cannon but shoots ion laser

                                                  split it into two mods so we can use the in game downloader
