kola2134 Dumb Tson gearshift48 (Fort_Master_Gustav ; @REvenger )
The Crimson Imperium fleet(@kola2134) successfully moved back to the long-range engagement zone, however whilst doing so, the AM-mines reached them, their flak-fire began to intercept the mines and due to the excessive speed several of the projectiles which came from avathurn collided with some of the fighetrs which were sent to intercept, turning them into boiling orbs of plasma, however, despite the issues most of the mines were taken down, only one of them making it through towards the fleet, impacting and then detonating on one of the ships shields, their return fire of plasma beams and projectiles made it´s way towards Avathurn, reaching their target but hitting the still active shields, in return Avathurn fired another volley of the FTL-AM-mines, they rose from the hull and began making their way towards the fleet like the last one...
The Crimson Republic (@Dumb) successfully blocked the strike towards Xaneroth, dragging the dreadnought into the firing line of an ominous focused destuctive green light, dragging the dreadnought into the long-range engagement zone in the progress, albeit now the dreadnought received the strike from the Gestalt-Decay-Lance instead, after the hit connected, for a brief moment avathurn seems to have lost interest in the group, instead focusing fire on the others...
In the meanwhile the STC (@Tson), like the Crimson Imperium, moved back into the long range engagement zone, having successfully survived the hail of plasmabolts. Whilst moving they returned their fire, their projectiles and missiles crashing into Avathurns shields, slowly wearing it down, at least they hoped so...
Just when the STC had reached the long-range engagement zone a volley of AM-mines rose from the hull, however this one not headed towards the Crimson Imperium, but ratehr to the STC, flightpaths indicated they were not focused, teh targets were spread across the fleet seemingly at random, however some were also targeted at the supply station which was now sitting in the long range engagement zone due to Avathurns charge...
The Tesla Rage fleet (@gearshift48) began opening fire towards Avathurn at approximately the same time, a hail projectiles coming down on Avathurns shields, the surface slightly rippling as the massive projectiles from the dreadnought hit them...
The fleet, apart of the Tesla rage itself began moving further in reached the mid-range engagement zone soon, Avathurn now at last seemed to have taken note of them too, answering their presence with the Gestalt-Pulse Emitters, firing several beams of pure energy towards the fleet at mid-range, the Tesla Rage, as of now, going unscathed by his wrath...
The UPA (@REvenger) on the other hand, seemed to have forgotten about the ongoing battle, their ships standing idly in the mid-range engagements zone as AVathurn hammered it with it´s kinetic pulse cannons, due to their lack of actions some ships started to take heavy damages, two frigates denting and crumpling under the impact and eventually detonating as their reactors were destroyed... (-2 frigates due to inactivity)
The Keeper fleet began manouvering, avoiding the paths of the allied weaponry with precision movements, whilst trying to make thesmelves a less easy target for Avathurn who was apparently focused on them...
The light cruisers and destroyers at short range were targeted by the kinetic pulse weapons, starting to dent their heavy armor as the weapons bypassed the shields, the corvettes and frigates in the meanwhile became target of the Sub-Armor-AM turrets shields started to diminish under the heavy fire, but as of currently they were holding due to the remarkable quality of the Keeper craft...
The group at mid-range was bombarded with several volleys from the However due to their positioning and heavy armor only took minimal damages, more worryingly, a faint energy trace began building up towards the Celestion, a few moments later, the suspicion was confirmed with a transmission:
/Transmission Start/
"Attention: Avathurn preparing to fire at the Celestion, it is advised to move out of the firing vector.
STC; your station has entered the Long-Range-Engagement Zone due to Avathurns movement.
UPA; It is advised to leave the battlefield or move to the observation zone if you are not capable of fighting this battle."
/Transmission End/
In the meanwhile the energy signature on the Celestion began increasing, the entire KD fleet fired at Avathurn, fusion bolts and darkmatter beams hitting its shields, then, something odd happened, whe then Heavy Cruisers fired their spinal weaponry a green light flared up in the firing vector and intercepted the beams mid-flight, nulling the attack...
However... After the last salvo, Avathurns shields began slightly rippling, it seems the combined fire started to show effect...
The, as of now undetected, Delta ship moved to the observation zone without obstructions.
