The lizardman is slightly surprised by the sudden appearance of Lucios. Though the technology is not at all a surprise to him, in Musavian culture, it is very rare that someone directly speaks to the leader of their respective ministry, and almost everything works by proxies, GL&M included.
He, however, does not give away his surprise in his facial features. His calmness is ever-present, and his soothing gaze pierces straight through the eyes of Lucios, through an outsanding exposé of willpower.
Yet again, he musters up the breath to speak, whilst his hands perpetuate the clicking of the claws. He will use different tools in this show.

His incessent tapping ceases. His hands develop towards his chest in a swift glamorous motion, if not flamboyant, and acquires into his hand a small square plaque, which he taps on the surface of twice.
It shines up with the GL&M logo for a few seconds, and projects imageries. They are the arsenal of GL&M, with highlight to the Delta Strike missile, showing how it works and examples of it pennetrating multiple kilometers of asteroids.
"This is what you can expect from our older weaponry, the newer, well, you'd have to see it to believe me. Have I caught your interest?"
