"Greetings, your majesty. We have come as first amongst many who came to trade and bring prosperity. As we have said in the contract you signed, we came bringing goods and money, but we need place to stay. We require housing for our merchants and employees, if you are kind enough to provide us with a place to stay. Wheter it is new cities or giving us some space in current ones, know that the more you give us, the more we can give you in return. We are willing to pay."
