To the trooper who took a sample: You manage to break of the arm of one of the statues, surprisingly there is still well contained flesh and blood on the inside with the stone part only going in 2 cm, as you break it off you swear that you hear a muffled sound of agony coming from somewhere.
You find many peices of art around the walls, with paintings of things or pictures of a passed civilization, you also find some more staircases leading further down, but downwards you notice there is no light sources since the only ones come from the sun outside...
