Chancellor_Winsenz
The Rudra clans, were, as of currently still in the middle repairing the damages caused by the recent attacks by the unkown foes from the rift.
Some of the stations at the border of the system picked up the transmission regardless and soon after it was brought forward to the council of clans...
The resulting council meeting was... rather heated, a variety of points were brought up, a lot of them related to the recent attack on the colony...
???: "Who are these people? How do they know our position?!"
???: "If they have contacted us, are they hostile?"
???: "How is the progress on the restoration of the fleet?"
???: "Maybe it is just a probe or broadcast?"
???: "Should we prepare a preenptive strike?"
???: "They could be potential allies."
???: "We need to be careful."
???: "Cowards! Sending a transmission instead of a first contact vessel!"
These and many other arguments alike made up most of the discussion, a general auro of distrust and pent up anger reigned in the room...

"I am Tayorn Shura Vald, and I am representing the Rudra. We have received your transmission, whilst not showing up in person does not speak for your honesty, the Clans are willing to make contact with you, if you rectify your mistake.
We will send you coordinates for our meeting and we will send a delegation, as you will as well, if you really are interested in making contact with us.
We will be waiting for a week at the designated coordinates."
/Transmission End/
The transmission ended with a set of coordinates somewhere around where the two quadrants met. The next step seemed to be up to the Chancellor now...
