Prism bug?

So i was playing around with prisms trying to make ship that would fire one huge beam. it was working at first but suddenly prisms started spinning making beams split randomly around ship or making beams stop firing at all.

Lafiel How does one Link Prisms? I can't select them outside of build mode, and when I do in build mode they are picked up and allow me to drag them around.

Macer200 Outside building mode the control room must be powered for you to control the ship only then can you select most of the UI buttons. Here you use the link button https://wiki.cosmoteer.net/index.php/File:Link_prism_UIButton.png
In build mode you have to have the select mode button on to select parts instead of the grab mode button.

Lafiel How did you individually select the Prism? I can only select the entire ship, never a separate part.

Additionally, while in build mode, when I use the select tool and click on the prism, the Prism UI you linked to never shows up in the bottom right of the screen, and it's just acting as a copy and paste tool with only one target.

You either have to hold the Ctrl key or turn off the "Require Ctrl to Select Parts" setting.
