datboi2282 Reinstalling the game to fix a broken mod won't ever work. As of right now, the list of mods that work in the latest version is quite limited, so probably all of the mods you are attempting to use are outdated. Launch the game in no mods mode (shown on the crash report), disable the mod in question, then uninstall it.
