It seems like it's some sort of tesla core, which is large enough to power a 1.6 kilometer long capital ship. The only difference between the normal one and this one is that it's stronger in resistance.

ComradeShiba (tbh my example for the "warship" is SDF Macross,which uses a nuclear fusion generator capable of generating atleast 5mil kilowatt to power all its systems (and even with 5mill kilowatt it still got power outages smh) ,judging a 23lb tesla coil generates about 250000 volts,with my all mighty calculator,i got myself 1373272.57526045 kg,considering the thickness of the titanium to absorb the electricity flying around,i estimate the armour's mass to be similar to the tesla coil,so here it is)(well maybe i change numbers around if you can get yourself a lighter-weight tesla coil example in real life that output more than 250000 volts)

(just go strip mining or randomly glass some planets,im sure with all the fiesta going around no one would pay much attention if you crack open a few for the titanium)
