Where is the mod folder? Tell me the direct path starting with the cosmoteer folder
Doge420GoodGuy the mod folder is in 'documents\my games\cosmoteer'. You may also find it by looking through your mods ingame and clicking on those three stripes in the upper right corner. Just select the option to show your mod folder then.
