Inspiracion is never a bad thing, it may look simmelar, but you can make your own thing from it.
And pirating games is maybe illegal, but mostly in spreads the game to many people, who may buy the original later, or spread the word about it, which is the upside for the game developers. (Atleast what I know of, with some more upsides, and ofcourse downsides.)
That is bow it is these days.
