@Ultranova @a11111 Alright, here it is, the Interstellar Telephone Call.
Archon Kaavex Ilis strode straight into the Assembly chambers during an on-going assembly meeting. Now, he was no normal Archon, in fact he was the Archon at the very top of the spur-spanning nation the Illateri Sovereignty, the man who controls all of it, so undoubtedly he was quite busy. He was called for a very peculiar reason... very interesting indeed, because as of a month ago, multiple large temporal disturbances were detected all across G-S16, one of the largest galaxies in the local group. This was strange, even though time was extremely warped throughout the barred spiral, the signatures detected by the longest range sensors were of a very high probability of someone being directly transported from one time to another.
Immediately noticed upon entering was the chat of twenty other people arguing over what they should do - sit and do nothing while they watch it play out, fully militarize, develop a time travel device to search all possible time frames, and so on and so forth.
"Ashann. How bad is it?"
That was the first question Archon Ilis asked as he walked to the assembly head's chair, there had always been chairs numbered one to twenty in the five hundred year old, metallic assembly halls that had been upgraded numerous times in the past fifty decades, and then there was the elevated seat at the far side of the elliptic desk with a built in hologram projector, which was activated right now as Ashann tapped a little three-dimensional symbol on the projected image across the room... Dark red spots were highlighted all across G-S16, but the largest concentration was, surprisingly, centered around Old Cygnusia - Helix_OMEGA's territory.
"What's that, around Cygnusia?"
Kaavex pointed his finger at the almost-merged 3D blob centered around the Orion Spur of the large G-S16 Galaxy. Ashann pointed it out,
"The largest concentration of extreme temporal ruptures in G-S16. We were planning on sending an expedition, but... there's a problem, and by that I mean an intelligent problem..."
Archon Kaavex sighed. Helix_OMEGA, of course. They weren't exactly on very friendly terms, in fact the Illateri once even tried to send a fleet to combat him, but they were too late... It seems they were changed, but... how changed, exactly? They fought against the Cult of Zaa'Thar, but that was about it...
Kaavex pondered this problem for a moment, before coming to the conclusion that, before any other action was taken, Helix_OMEGA needs to be called.
Twelve million light years away, Helix_OMEGA receives a hail. Now, this was coming from a far away galaxy, from a faction Helix had hacked into several times before... it seems they wish to talk to you about something.
