"We would have preferred information, but the computer shall suffice. You basically lost everything and the compensation is considered optional by us."
Soon massive amounts of biomatter somehow gather on the fields next to the ship. They start forming into humans and enter the pocket dimension to adjust the genes and add the personal memory of each beeing stored inside the capsule. They are ejected on the other side of the ship after the procedure, full with clothes and greeted by a 2,80m high Übermensch with silver eyes and untidy brown hair looking like he just woke up or something.
Much to their surprise, the sky is absolutely black, safe for the lights of the fleet positioned around the planet and the thrusters of shuttles in the distance. The enire light comes from the surrounding plantlife, apparently having adjusted to the lack of sunlight and now even replacing it, giving the scenery a rather warm look for a planet that should have died ages ago. The people also spot giant flying crytals surrounded by some sort of blue aura, sucking up a sparkling blue liquid from the ground only to have it fall down due to gravity again.
The man eventually starts speaking after the fields have filled and all the biomass has been used up, his voice booming over the fields thanks to some unknown tech.
Gabriel: "Greetings, uhm, 'Earthlings' I'd guess...
Welcome to Klein-Glogau, one of the few planets that are able to support life even without sunlight.
However, due to this technically still beeing a militaric excavation site and the chance of dissolving or getting hit by a lightning bolt beeing rather high on this planet, we'd appreciate you to stick together and for heavens sake not touch anything without asking beforehand. Also avoid that blue stuff, any crystals surrounded by it and old looking facilities without any GSR or NAP personnel nearby. We sadly cannot provide each of ou a home as of now, as we are running low on recources ourselves, but the wheather control is quite good and the 500 meters long ship behind you aswell as some of the old facilities we already explored have some free quarters and we are already working on getting you proper homes.
Now, if you'd please peacefully select up to ten representatives for your group to ask questions and possibly lead negotiations? To answer the probably most pressing one: The remaining people still stored in the capsule will follow as soon as the requested biomass transports arrive at this location. We are quite some distance away from GSR territory, but you should be complete by the end of the week."
(It's up to you to decide the amount of people that have been 'restored' this time, as I forgot to define the total amount of biomass available and wouldn't want to potentially mess with your plot.)
Unknowing of the properties of the first capsule, 1-7 instead requests an investigation by proper personnel and transmitts the objects space time coordinates to HQ, the object and the drone to (hopefully) disappear shortly after.
