Allow different Programming Languages

I think that Walt should allow different Programming Languages like: Lua, JavaScript.
The Reason is that I'm better at Lua then C#
I would like if moders could use Lua.
And Lua is better with older computers because it has efficient memory usage.

I don't think you realize what you are asking.
For one adding more support simply makes everything complicated, overblown, and introduces bugs.
Second, Lua is a downgrade from C#.
It may help novice modders but offers nothing for more serious ones. Besides as is it's perfectly fine for novices.

Lafiel I know Lua is a downgrade, but it's easier to learn and JavaScript is more advanced, which makes e.g can make the ABH mod better.

also, the game moding is not even C#, it's just made with C#
