(I say we tax them based on ALL of their expenses and incomes, what do i mean? Well, if there's a middle class that earns little due to the expenses he pays to the state, he will get taxed less... If the opposite, a rich person earns lots of money from his income, but still has expenses, which means about, let's say 10% of his income, from 100% of his income, 10% are going to bills, and based on that we give him an about 25% tax. (I'm not an expert in taxation,..)
