Lafiel Wow, did not expect that.... Are the modded factions these days doomed?
Rifqi_Fajar_Zain Excuse me, you only have to delete the decals and then modded factions can thrive. I'm literally running ABH, SW:ACD, Galactic Civil War, Kroom's Forge and quite a few others all at once.
How do I do that?
Rifqi_Fajar_Zain Ask Lafiel, I'm too lazy.
Rifqi_Fajar_Zain Delete or move the Roof Decals folder. If the mod.txt has a section with something "decals" just comment it out.
Roof Decals
Lafiel Your solution still not working anyway! Do you have another idea?
I thought the decals were some of the important parts 😅
Rifqi_Fajar_Zain How you use them is important.
I removed all the mod decals and the game still does not allow me to
What's the error? We can't really do much if you don't tell us what it says.
Catelyn Oh, I am trying to load NWADM and DecoMod and keep crashing But I think I found a problem: If this section loads too much thing, the game crashes. Correct me if I am wrong
Rifqi_Fajar_Zain yeah modders really need to stop adding shit there, I suppose I could move the internal structure from auto++
I think I'll move to another issue then I can run Automation++ and another mod properly
Never had a crash eventhough I had them filling that for quick testing purposes. That section has been cleaned out in Abh for half a dozen releases by now.
Rifqi_Fajar_Zain No. Not without your log file. At this point speculating is all there is and pointless.
Lafiel Here it is!
Rifqi_Fajar_Zain It crashed before giving more details. Since your computer is low end and not that old I'm guessing it's a low RAM or VRAM issue. The GCW mod is the heaviest in the log. What you can do is set your screen size lower at 1280x or even 1100x to 900x this should free some VRAM for the mods. And maybe kill unnecessary background processes to free more RAM.
Lafiel I'll give it a shot!
Lafiel Wait, where I can find that option in Settings?
Lafiel your computer is low end and not that old
Dude, the computer is very old! It was since 2012.
Lafiel Nope! Should I give up until I get a better laptop?
Rifqi_Fajar_Zain For screen size just right click anywhere on the screen and select graphics properties (options).
