this mod is in a concept phase, as I would call it, so no betas, stable releases or demo releases are available as of yet and coding, sprite creating and personal testing is still yet to be accomplished. But none the less, here's what you should expect.
- Custom coaxial and turret weapons (idk what to do with the turret weapons atm...let alone custom roofs)
- a plentiful amount of modules to customize your instruments of war
- auxiliary parts like thrusters, reactive armor and shields will be customizable
- there will be new types of weapons such as torpedoes, swarm missiles, plasma throwers, ELECTRO EVERYTHING and much much more
- you will be able to augment your parts using new categories like Plasma, Quantum, Tachyon, Cryo, Organic, Nuclear, Ballistic, Chemical and much more to come
- last but not least, as I don't want to spoil too much before I get on to doing it, you will also be able to customise your command bridge from small fighter cockpits to massive super carrier observation command bridges. Augmenting them will give you certain buffs to weapons or auxiliary modules on your ship. noting you have the appropriate elements.
Obviously I can see many things that could go wrong with this such as a player firing a 50Tonne Plasma infused Quantum railgun bolt into either A. their own ship or B. into a friendly ship...but hey that's what those things are for and besides this is a Laboratory so why not do that? it could be fun...right?
