Pyros - Introduction.

Sooooooo...

I am Pyros, I found this game a year ago or something, but after half a year I quit for a while, became boring. And never knew a forum excisted.

But, I returned, found out that it updated a lot, so I enjoyed playing again. But then, I found this forum, and thought... Why did I not knew this before?

It is quite interesting, I tried reading some Lore / Roleplay, and got confused... (Seriously, what is going on?!)
- Might read more, do people fight wars in-game?

While writing this, I now found out that Discord excists...

Hope to get more involved in the community, but finals are here, so I do not have too much time.

But the Lore is quite complicated, it has excisted over 2 years, so it has evolved many times, right to this point, from gods to small traders xD (You are always welcome to join us :3)

Welcome to the forums lad! You'll see that the game evolved a lot from a year ago, now we even have constant updates ~~from our lord walt~~!
If you want to get into competitive I recommend joining the discord and entering the FC and Excelsior, the FC is a great place to learn the workings of the game.
If you want to get into lore stuff I recommend giving a read on the current factions (Xorxian Empire, Illateri Sovereingty, MISE, Bloodcult, etc.) and creating a good, nice story for them, hope you have a good time!

Pyros (Seriously, what is going on?!)

Quite a bit. A war sparked up between Zaa'Thar, the Bloodcult, the Helix AI and the Guardians, but died down. The STC were paid to attack several factions on behalf of a traitor in Voghus and the Illateri Sovereignty and the Xorxian Empire responded by quite literally knocking the door down. On top of that, TATC is going on another trade/convoy thing and a lot of other, smaller things are happening.

For now, I think I will stick at observing, I would be confused if I would join at this moment.

My ship files from a year ago are gone, and I have just started designing, perhaps I will make a Ships thread, to show some off when I have them.

But... A lot of fun is present on the Discord, and you can share ships there as well, and Events, teases for coming updates, Ask Walt, is all present there!

And yeah... RP might be confusing in the beginning, but eventually you will get used to it. (If you join that is.)

What else might you do on this forum? Any big plans?

Ultranova Insert The Oro and The Crimson Dragon in there somewhere. Though there isn't much lore from those yet except that The Crimson Dragon is one of the original factions to rule the galaxy.
Both of these factions are someday going to get introduced properly into the roleplay but I am not that good with roleplaying so yea.

Ultranova Ah yes, and the STC's Coreward Branch is going to be destroyed by a single TATC escort.

Ok no that isn't realistic but still, if the TATC retaliates, not sure if there's anything the STC can do about it.
